Suggested Uses

Perfect for season your favourite dish, or for use in general cooking.

To avoid over seasoning, a good rule is to add a little at the start of cooking & more to taste before serving.

A pinch of ground salt in coffee or chocolate will enhance the flavour!

Natural Salt has a higher moisture content,therefore may not grind as easy as other salts.

When using this products we recommend you use a quality grinder with a ceramic mechanism and avoid use over steam.

My Premium Coarse Sea Salt is harvested at the top of New Zealand’s South Island. Here the waters of the Southern Oceans flow into the salt fields and are evaporated by the natural process of sun & wind. Unlike processed salt, this 100% Natural Sea Salt retains its distinctive beige colour, plus the added benefit of natural minerals present in the sea water.

Because it originates in our southern oceans, it is likely to have less impurities than salts from the more populated areas of the world.
