Made in New Zealand to our own recipe, using quality herbs & spices, inspired by American barbeque traditions of cooking meats over coal or smoking wood for hours. For melt in the mouth meats with unrivalled flavour.

Ingredients: Smoked Paprika, Garlic, Cumin, Onion Pepper, Coriander seed, Chipotle, Oregano, Mustard, Thyme, Allspice, Himalayan Pink Salt, Sugar, Espresso Coffee.
